Product Description

The effective volume of the liquefied gas storage tank is 110 cubic meters. The filling medium of the storage tank is liquefied petroleum gas (propane). The anti-corrosion coating on the surface of liquefied gas storage tanks is treated by sandblasting, spraying, and blowing. Used for export.

Our company produces liquefied gas LPG Storage Tank, LPG Tank Truck, LPG Skid with the following functional features: The surface anti-corrosion coating of the three axle semi trailer liquefied gas transport vehicle adopts advanced processes such as sandblasting, rust removal, spraying, and blowing. ▲ High quality domestic or imported safety accessories are available for users to choose from, with complete supporting facilities. Strictly adopt scientific and advanced construction techniques to ensure the lowest shrinkage rate and highest dimensional stability at low temperatures. ▲ Strict quality inspection: 100% radiographic testing for Class A and B welds, qualified at Level II C. 100% magnetic particle testing for Class D welds, Class I qualified Our company can also design and modify transport vehicles suitable for most gases such as liquid ammonia, liquid sulfur dioxide, propylene, propane, liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, n-butane, isobutane, butene, isobutene, butadiene, and ethylene oxide according to customer needs.

Characteristic of LPG Storage Tank

The tank is one important part For the liquefied gas.
The tank consist of the cylinder shell and standard ellipsoidal head. The tank’s material is high intension steel plate Q345R that is specially used in pressure vessel.

The double side auto-welding is adopted in tank’s main welding joints. The 100% x-ray checking shall be done to A and B kinds welding joints and shall accord with 2 grade requirements of JB4730 ‘Non-destruction testing for Pressure vessels’.

The fully magnetism checking or penetrate checking shall be done to C and D kinds welding joints and shall accord with Ⅰ grade requirements of JB4730. PWHT shall be done after the welding of tank .
The hydraulic test shall be done after the postweld heat treatment. The manhole of the tank is used for cleaning and maintenance of the tank’s inside. The baffles are mounted on the tank’s inside to prevent wave. The seat is welded on the tank’s bottom.
